Stress-free parking
You don’t have to waste time looking for a parking space, as is often the case in this area. At Esens, you can simply drive into the underground car park and park in your own designated space.
A storage room for your equipment
Skis, surfboards and bikes won’t be in the way on your balcony. Each flat comes with a spacious cellar, where you can safely store more than just your seasonal gear.
Underground car park
The building offers convenient parking in underground garages – a rarity in this part of Prague. Each flat also comes with a spacious cellar, ideal for storing sports equipment or seasonal items.
